Which floor? Oh, well, if you’re going up – keep going! If you’re headed down, same thing! Visit as many floors as you want, as long as you keep going in just one direction!

🎯The Goal of the game is to have the highest score
⚙️Open Drafting – Each turn the active player will play a card into the display where it fits in number order, and then take one of the cards next to where they placed and put it in their play area in front of them
⚙️Tableau Building – Players can have up for 3 columns of floor cards in front of them, and they can only play continuously higher or lower in each column
⚙️Set Collection – Each column will score at the end of the game based on the color that appears most often in the stack multiplied by the number of cards (i.e. a stack of 5 cards with 3 red cards will score 15 points)

👥2 to 6 Players – More interesting with 5 or 6 because there’s more cards, so the numbers can fluctuate more
👥Ages 8 & Up – Gameplay is pretty straightforward, just need basic understanding of numbers (up or down, and where things fit for center play)
👥Fans of tableau building and drafting card games with plenty of player involvement – hoping someone will throw out the card you need

🟢Aesthetics – Nice art
🟢Rules are well written and clear
🟢Approachable for a wide audience
🟢3 columns give you a good amount of wiggle room for cards you can pick up, but I also like that you still score some points for cards if you end up getting stuck and having to discard a column

🔴Feels very “samey” play to play
🔴Bit too long for what it is
🔴No real theme
🔴Can’t plan a ton between turns because you don’t know what will be available

Overall, a fine card game. I personally wouldn’t come back to it often, but if someone pulled it out, I’d be willing to play. I don’t think it’s all that exciting, but if you like a card game you can learn/teach fairly quickly, it’s worth a few plays at least. Definitely fairly luck dependent, but there’s also some light strategy in what cards you take when, or what you try to hold on to for longer to keep it away from someone else!
