Will you be the first team to race your character to the finish line? The challenges won’t all be easy, so you’ll need to be quick if you want to win!
What Is It?
🥅The Goal is to be the first team to reach the finish line
⚙️Racing – Only one team can win!
⚙️Dice Rolling – Teams roll to move their pawn forward. If you don’t match the square in front of you, you get to move
⚙️Party Game – If you can’t move your pawn, you must do a challenge. Challenges will get players up and moving, and can be silly!
Who Is It For?
👥2 or More Players – You can play 1 vs 1, but I think it’s much more fun with more players. I think 4 or 6 works well.
👥Ages 6 & Up – As long as players can read the challenge cards, they can play!
👥Fans of dice rolling and silly party games
PROS
🟢Aesthetics – Cute art
🟢Components – Nice, unique dice
🟢Rules are short and sweet
🟢Easy set-up and clean-up
🟢Everyone is involved at all times – loud / fun times!
CONS
🔴I thought some challenges definitely took longer than others
🔴If you get unlucky with rolls too often, you end up doing more challenges than the other team, and you’ll end up going through the challenge deck – have to pause to shuffle
Final Thoughts
It’s a super cute, fun, lighthearted game. It plays quickly, so even if you do have some unfortunate luck, you can just try again! (And swap dice with the winning team, since yours are obviously cursed). If you don’t mind playing silly games, or maybe have a wide age-range audience to play with, this is worth checking out.
