How We (Finally) Trimmed Our Collection!

Hey Gamers! A while back (and I mean a while) I made a post with some quick tips to trim a collection! In general, I would still say that those are good suggestions and could definitely be helpful if you’re looking for ideas on how to cut out some games.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t doing a great job at following my own advice and my fiancé and I were being equally bad influences for the whole situation. Our collection was growing too large with games we didn’t really want or need. So, now speaking with a little more experience, here’s how we finally got rid of some of those dust collecting games!

A Board Game Bag Review!

Hey Gamers!
If you’re like me, you don’t go too many places to play games other than your very own game room. After all, why would you when you can stay home in your PJs and play games all day!

But, for the rare times you do venture outside, you may have, also like me, wished you had a more reliable way to transport games. I’ve used reusable shopping bags, backpacks, plastic tubs, cardboard boxes, and nothing but my own two (very weak) arms on different occasions.

But now, things are a-changing! I have this rather fancy bag from boardgametables.com designed specifically for carrying board game! That means it has to be a better solution, right? How does it fare, you ask? Let’s check it out!

Betrayal at House on the Hill: Comes the Hero (Pt. 3)

Revisit Part 1
Revisit Part 2

I heard it and finally realized what I had been hearing all along – the house was speaking to me. In that moment I knew why I had been so driven to keep moving, this was what I was supposed to find; I was the ‘undefeatable’ that the statue spoke of. I cleared my mind, and spoke back to it in my head.

What do I have to do? No answer. I didn’t want to say it out loud, not around the others. I didn’t want them all to hear, I didn’t want them to know it was my destiny! They wouldn’t understand, they’d envy me, try to take away my glory. My head was spinning again, but I knew how to find out my plan of action. I sprinted out of the room and headed back toward that room that led to the abyss.
