Finally – a day off! Time for nothing but relaxation; just TV, games, reading … oh, but there are also chores to take care of too. Hmmm…. No problem! There’s 12 hours to spare, so I’m sure you can find the perfect balance between care and chores, as long as you drink plenty of coffee to help you through the day, of course! Well, we better get started before the day has gone to waste!
Autumn is in the air, which means leaves are beginning to fall! The forest needs you to embody the wind and guide those leaves so they can connect to each other on the forest floor. Only the player who contributes the most to the health of the forest can win. Let’s get ready for fall!
Like many of you, I love games. Shocker, right? But even when you love something, small things about it might annoy you over time. Admittedly, I am someone who gets annoyed pretty easily. Still, I think I’ve found at least a few things we can all agree are some universal annoyances that would be quick turn offs in some games. Here, I am focusing on game-related aspects specifically, rather than anything to do with players.
The Night Hunter has been behind bars for over 20 years … or, has he? With a new victim found, and a new case at hand, it’s difficult to believe this is just a copycat. The Bureau is handing you all the information they can. It’s up to you to determine who is committing the crimes, and catch them before they can strike again. Explore the evidence and uncover the truth before it’s too late. Hurry agents, there is no time to waste!

Another month of games in the books! I didn’t play a ton of new things this month, but a few were some real gems! What have you been playing lately? New things? Old faves? Making your own games perhaps? In any case – happy gaming as we head into the fall months!

🤷🏻♀️/😄 Marvel: Damage Control – So, I liked this, but it was so much shorter than I thought, and than I generally like deck builders to be. I need to play it again to determine how I feel about it.
🤷🏻♀️The Tree Trimming Game – This felt like more of an activity than a game, especially because it didn’t feel like you could really lose? Review coming soon on that!
😄 Planet Unknown – It has TRACKS, so y’all know I loved it haha!
😄 Murder Mystery Party: The Night Hunter Game – Really good mystery game, review coming very soon!
🤷🏻♀️Kids Chronicles: Quest for the Moon Stones – I love the Chronicles of Crime system, this was just a little too light. I’d love a “teen” version that is a little more challenging than this, but a little easier than the normal game.
