This month I played through all the new games I bought at PAXU, and a fair amount of the games I got to review (though there are still a lot of those to go, haha!). I also spent a lot of this month playing through a Middara campaign, which has been a lot of fun too! Great way to end the year 🙂
❤️ – Loved It/Definitely Want to Play More (I rate it a 9 – 10)
😄 – Liked It/Will Likely Play Again (I rate it a 7 – 8)
🤷🏻♀️ – Okay/Take It or Leave It/Could Play Again (I rate it a 4 – 6)
👎🏻 – Didn’t Like/Would Not Play Again (I rate it a 1 – 3)
⚙️ – Prototype (so take the rating with a grain of salt)
🤷🏻♀️Dust Biters – Okay game, but not enough to keep me coming back. Check out my review!
😄Thief’s Market – Great dice chucker that felt a bit gambly! Read my review!
👎🏻TowerBrix – This one didn’t feel like much of a game to me…
🤷🏻♀️Widget’s Workshop – I was excited for this, but I was kinda mid on it overall
😄The Leprechaun Larceny: Holiday Hijinks #10
😄DC United – Not as good as Marvel, but still fun haha
😄The Fix for 626 (Love Letter)
😄Love Letter: Bridgerton
🤷🏻♀️First-Class Letters – This teetered on a 7 for me, but I landed on a 6. Still solid. See my review!
🤷🏻♀️Chemical Overload – I like the theme, but the gameplay is just okay
🤷🏻♀️Monster Mosh Pit
🤷🏻♀️Last Aurora
🤷🏻♀️I’m Gonna Risk It
😄Unlock! – Frenzy at the Amusement Park
🤷🏻♀️TroubleZ Run! Revenge of the Jellynator
🤷🏻♀️Children of Morta: The Board Game – I wanted the abilities to get better than they were throughout the game. Review coming soon!
🤷🏻♀️Aetherspire – This was so much harder than I thought it would be, haha. Check out my review!
😄Aquaria – Read my review!
🤷🏻♀️Crash Derby
🤷🏻♀️One of Us – Not a bad party game, but it was just missing something for me…
😄Freelancers: A Crossroads Game
🤷🏻♀️Squid Game: Let the Games Begin – Just…doesn’t translate to a board game.
👎🏻Top Trumps – Just…no.
🤷🏻♀️The Vibe
😄Blockbuster – Would love to play this again with a group who all really know movies!
😄Lovestruck
🤷🏻♀️Tend – I didn’t hate it, but it was waaayyy too long
