While the monsters of Greek myth flood to Mount Olympus, the Greek Gods work to protect their home. Which side will outmaneuver the other and rise to victory?

🎯The Goal of the game is to be the first to get all of your tokens on the board
⚙️Abstract Stategy
⚙️Grid Movement – Players will move their figures around the board, leaving tokens behind as they do
⚙️Variable Player Powers – Each player has 6 figures, each with their own once per game ability

👥2 Players – Strictly head-to-head
👥Ages 12 & Up – The gameplay is not too difficult, but the strategy of navigating the board might be tricky, as well as really getting to know all your own, and your opponent’s abilities
👥Fans of abstract strategy and Greek mythology

🟢Aesthetics – Really pretty look
🟢Rules are well written
🟢Components – Nice quality cards/standees/tokens
🟢Easy set-up

🔴Cloth board is annoying – never sits flat
🔴Gameplay isn’t super interesting

Like many abstract games, this is simple at first glance because the appeal (if you like this style) comes from strategizing during play. I’m not huge on abstract games in general, and this one was hard for me to wrap my head around. There are a lot of abilities, so you have to make sure you have a good grasp on them all so you know what you and your opponent are both capable of. On top of that, just being able to move a figure as far as you want in one direction means there are a lot of moves players can make each turn, and that can sometimes be overwhelming to visualize. If you like abstract games, this one does have a great look, so you might enjoy it!
