Sup Gamers? I hope you’ve all been playing some amaaazing games lately, especially if you were of the lucky bunch who attended Essen this week! (It’ll be me one day, too!). We got some more spooky games in this week, played a bunch that are on deck for reviews, and overall just had a great time when we did get to play. (School is really killing the board gaming vibe, but hey, what can you do?). Anyway, share your spooky games, your Essen finds, or whatever you like with me, I wanna know what everyone’s playing!

And make sure to check out next week’s post because it’s sure to be exciting and filled with newness since next Saturday, 11/2, is 24-hours of gaming for Extra Life at The Portal in Manchester, CT! 😀

Happy Gaming~

🆕 – New-to-Me Game

😄 Big Dig – Tried a higher player count this week and it made it even more enjoyable!
🆕👎🏻 Escape from Aliens in Outer Space – I hate hidden movement games, and I need to stop letting people convince me to play them
😄 Vampire Hunter
😄 Dicke Luft in der Gruft
😄/🤷🏻‍♀️ The Grimm Masquerade – I’ve been flip-flopping on this one’s rating, and just can’t decide how I feel about it!
🆕🤷🏻‍♀️Rolled West – Going to play this with more than 2 before making a final decision on this, but so far it didn’t grab me much
🤷🏻‍♀️/😄 Railroad Ink: Blazing Red Edition – Played with the Lava expansion which was new, but I still struggled with this a lot. I like this game and think it’s super unique, but I have such a hard time with it too.
😄 Problem Picnic: Attack of the Ants
🆕😄 Mow Money – I’m not usually huge on bidding games, and this one was hard for me to grasp at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty neat!
