Can you believe June is already over?? I can’t! This month I hosted a Taskmaster competition which is like one big, intricate game… sort of, haha, and was pretty fun! I didn’t play a ton new board games, but I had some fun with what I did get to the table. These days, my ratings tend to fall right around a 6/7 for many things, which seems “low” to some, but when you play so many games, it’s hard to rate things super high all the time, I think. Or maybe I’m just getting harsher with my ratings… haha. Overall, a decent month for games, and looking forward to July’s plays!

🤷🏻‍♀️Ticket to Ride Iberia – I’m never huge on TTR, and this was stressful. Drafting tickets was crazy, and being forced to take more tickets in the middle is not my style. Still, it was okay.
🤷🏻‍♀️Ticket to Ride South Korea – I didn’t love this at 2, but with more players it might be a little more interesting. The map was unique, but this one is a little less engaging than Iberia.
🤷🏻‍♀️/😄Grind House – I wanted to like this more, as I loved the theme, but the gameplay was a bit flat. Check out my full review!
