Do you love a good messy ice cream cone? See if you can add some melty scoops to the table’s shared cone and come out a winner!
What Is It?
✨Theme – Ice Cream!
🎯The Goal of the game is to be the first to get rid of all of your cards
⚙️Card Shedding / Hand Management – Players are playing flavor cards to the shared cone. They can use some special abilities to play extra cards, change the active flavor, start a new cone, or even pass hands
Who Is It For?
👥2 to 7 Players – Fine at any count, but probably best at 4+
👥Ages 6 & Up – Very small and approachable ruleset, plus a theme that appeals to every age!
👥Fans of light and quick card shedding games
PROS
🟢Aesthetics – Super cute art/bright colors
🟢Theme is cute, and they even put “nutrition facts” in the rules for the components, which is a great touch
🟢Small/portable
🟢Turns are quick and snappy
🟢I like that you still get a chance to play if you draw and get something playable
🟢Clear iconography for the flavors, in case you have trouble with colors

CONS
🔴Luck of the draw; another player getting more abilities than you can make their game a little easier than yours
🔴Rules felt a little bit vague. I wasn’t sure on some details of the abilities at first
Final Thoughts
I love the look of this one – very cute. I think it’s light and approachable for a wide audience, which is always a pro, though I do wish the rules were fleshed out just a little bit more so that I didn’t have any confusion about the ability cards. Overall, I thought it mostly came down to how lucky I got with my hand and what started in the first cone of the game, as I didn’t have a ton of choice turn to turn to really strategize. If you like light and quick card games with a cute look, check this one out!
